Fragrance Lab

A sense of place, bottled.

Guests blend their own custom fragrance from 18–24 single-origin scents and leave with a finished, logo-labeled 10ml rollerball in under five minutes — a keepsake that travels home in a carry-on.

A keepsake, hand-assembled.

Proposal, customized

Send us the event date, venue, guest count, and brand — we build a proposal around your specific run of show, not a generic package.

Flat quote

One all-inclusive investment covers staffing, product, décor, shipping, and travel. Overages are priced per unit, so there are no surprises after signing.

COI on file

General liability coverage with your client and venue named as additional insured, handled through our broker before load-in.

We travel & run it

Product and signage ship to your venue; our crew handles load-in, setup, live facilitation, and full breakdown.

Net-30 invoicing

50% deposit secures the date. Final balance is invoiced within days of the event, Net 30 — standard corporate terms.

Reach
Based in California & Hawaiʻi, with crews and product ready to ship anywhere — we travel worldwide to your venue.
Footprint
Two 6-ft banquet tables per station minimum; scales with guest count and desired throughput.
Power
One standard 110v outlet per station for ambient lighting — no special power requirements.
Load-In
Half-day access ahead of the event for setup, styling, and a walkthrough with your producer.
Staffing
Sized to your guest count and event window so the bar keeps moving during arrival surges without ever feeling rushed.
Insurance
General liability coverage in place; COI naming your client and venue as additional insured provided on request.
Payment Terms
50% deposit at signing to secure the date; remaining 50% invoiced Net-30 following the event.
Lead Time
6–8 weeks recommended for full customization and label production; faster turnarounds considered case by case.
